About the role

Join Tower’s team in Samoa as an Insurance Consultant, helping customers find the right insurance solutions and delivering exceptional service throughout each interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the trusted voice for customers, guiding them to appropriate insurance products.
• Build strong relationships with customers, agents and partners, creating meaningful moments.
• Own the customer journey by solving problems, managing enquiries and keeping customers informed.
• Identify protection opportunities and recommend tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the team, share ideas and contribute to improving customer experiences.

Required profile

• Experience in insurance or financial services preferred.
• Front‑line or contact‑centre experience, with sales and service delivery background.
• Team player able to work under pressure.
• Confident communicator who delivers exceptional customer experiences with empathy and professionalism.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
