Senior Finance Executive

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Finance Executive to support the Finance Controller in overseeing market finance operations for Digicel Samoa. The role provides leadership to the finance team and ensures accurate reporting, compliance and effective control over cash, inventory and mobile financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory counts, conduct month‑end stock takes, analyse variances and coordinate spot checks across retail and distribution sites.
• Oversee petty cash disbursement, receipts, coding, replenishment and ensure advances are cleared within seven working days.
• Lead month‑end physical cash and e‑money reconciliations for Mobile Financial Services (MFS), implement financial controls and support process improvements.
• Drive debtor reduction, review commissions, maintain customer contracts and ensure revenue is accurately booked.
• Ensure compliance with Hub‑approved finance processes, statutory requirements and audit standards.
